CHAPADA DOS GUIMARÃES NATIONAL PARK

ITINERARY

Daily Tour | Chapada Guim. Nat. Park and surroundings.

​

  • Your PJS guide will meet you at 6:00AM and drive you to Chapada dos Guimarães.
     

  • Early birding at the Mata Fria road, where we can find savanna special such as Collared Cresent-chest, Coal-crested Finch, Purplish Jays and a fine selection of endemic and range restricted birds 
     

  • After lunch we  go birding at the canyons of the Bridal Veil Waterfall, where we can watch a great variety of bird species. After that, we go the Vale da Benção, in search for forest birds such as Band-tailed Manakin, Blue-Crowned Trogon, Lettered Aracari  to mention but a few.
     

  •  We return to Cuiabá City at 6:00PM
